In order to help out those who think they might have a problem with gambling, we offer a voluntary cool-off time which will block their account for a month including the app and receiving any emails concerning Circl.

We have also introduced self-imposed deposit limits, which will help you to keep track of your spending and limit yourself when it gets a bit too much. After you have told us how much you would like to be able to deposit on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, it will take 24 hours if you decide you would like to increase that amount or remove your deposit limit.

Lastly, if a player feels that they need to do so, they can contact the support team and ask for a Self Exclusion to be put on their account. This will block all access to the account until further notice.
